Faust Jr. of Hilton Head, S.C.; a daughter, Susan Faust Chesser of Linwood, N.J.; his mother, Berthe B. Faust of Baltimore; three sisters, Loretta Malik of Baltimore, Rosette Frew of Baltimore and Deanna McShane of Belle Vernon, and four grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, the Clarence T. Marsh Airline, fighter pilot Services for Clarence T.

Marsh, a Delta Air Lines co-pilot and a major in the Michigan Air National Guard, were to be held at 11:30 a.m. today at the chapel at Fort Myer, Va. Mr. Marsh, who was 41, was killed May 19 when his A-10 jet fighter crashed at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. He lived in Park City, Utah.

He is survived by his wife, the former Ann Smyth of Baltimore, whom he married in 1982; a daughter, Lindsay Marsh, and two sons, Clay and Andrew Marsh, all of Park City; his parents, June R. and retired Army Col. Clarence T. Marsh of Hampton, and a sister, Susan M. Glicoes of Fairfax, Va.

Robert D. Schreck Jr. Optician Robert D. Schreck an optician, was found dead Sunday at his home in Glen Rock, Pa. He was 40.

Mr. Schreck worked at the Optical Center in Owings Mills, and earlier at several opticians' shops in the York, area. The Baltimore native was a graduate of Edgewood High School and Salisbury State University. Services for Mr. Schreck were set for 11 a.m.

today at Baumeister, Orcutt and Small Mortuaries in York. Burial was set for 2 p.m. at Carrollton Church of God Cemetery in Finksburg. He is survived by a son, Joshua D. Schreck of Forest Hill; two daughters, Megan Schreck of Forest Hill and Kimberly Bilka of Belcamp; a brother, Stephen E.

Schreck of Bel Air; two sisters, Rebecca M. Hanks of Rising Sun and Andrianna F. Stuart of College Park; and a grandson. Elsewhere Rabbi Milton Grafman, 88, a leader in the Jewish community in Birmingham, who opposed segregation but didn't believe demonstrations were the answer, died there Sunday of cancer. FISHER, Marcellus W. On May 30, 1995 MARCELLUS WOODRUFF FISHER, 91, passed away. A Native of Emporia, he was a son of the late Edna Woodruff and William H. Fisher, Jr. Mr.

Fisher, a former resident of Baltimore, MD, retired, after 25 years of service, as a bus driver for the Metropolitan Transit Authority. He attended Oakland Christian Church in Suffolk. Survivors include his wife, Georgianna Brittingham Fisher, with whom he would have celebrated 64 years of marriage on June 20; a daughter, Lorraine F. Gayle of Suffolk; two sons, William Fisher of Manchester, MD and Thomas Fisher of Baltimore, MD; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 P.M.

Huber, a nurse who retired in 1991 because of illness, died Saturday of lupus at her home in Baldwin.

She was 37. Mrs. Huber, a certified critical care specialist, working as a nurse at Maryland negate General Hospital in 1978, but spent about half her career at St. Joseph Hospital. She returned to Maryland General and retired from there.

The former Deborah Dailey was a native of Baltimore and a 1975 graduate of Western High School. In 1978, she graduated from Maryland General's nursing school and in 1988 earned a bachelor's degree at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Services were set for 11 a.m. today at Long Green Valley Church of the Brethren in Glenarm. She is survived by her husband, Karl A.

Huber; a daughter, Allison Elizabeth Huber; her parents, Roland C. and Shirley I. Dailey of Baltimore; and two sisters, Linda C. Mitchem of Timonium and Karen S. Stanton of Baltimore.

Matthew Welsh, 82, Democratic governor of Indiana from from 1961 to 1965, died Sunday in Indianapolis. When he was elected governor in 1960, he was the only Democrat to hold statewide office. Retired Marine Corps Col. Jerry W. Marvel, 61, who was shot down over Vietnam and held as a prisoner of war for more than five years, died of a heart attack Saturday in Newport, N.C.

The veteran of 30 years in the Marine Corps was shot down over North Vietnam during his second tour of duty in Vietnam in 1968. He was a POW for more than five years until his release in 1973. Joseph Mogheizel, 71, Lebanon's leading human rights advocate, died of a heart attack Monday in Beirut, four days after he was appointed environment minister.
