NOVEMBER 29, 1934 21 REAL ESTATE DEALS AND BUILDING NEWS Plans For 16 Semi-Detached Dwellings Opposite Forest Park High School Filed Plans for the erection of a group of sixteen semi-detached dwellings opposite the Forest Park High School will be filed in a few days with the Bureau of Buildings. The proposed houses will be built by the First National Building Company, of which John Kennedy is president, at 4201-19 Chatham road, 3501-03 Hicks avenue, 3600-02 Hicks avenue and at 4104-06 Liberty The plans Heights call and stucco structures.

LOCAL PORT NEWS AND SHIP ACTIVITY Bull Line Steamer Cornelia, Tied Up Here Since August, To Sail Tomorrow Tied up here since August 12 for installation of a refrigeration plant in her holds, the Bull Line steamer Cornelia yesterday was shifted to Pier 5.
