After Mrs. Frank Milbum. 17 West Arizona street, and her twelve year old daughter had testified in city court, today. Judge Deery continued for a weeli the case against Frank Mllburn, charged with aonault and battery on Mrs. Mil burn, and the case against Mllburn'o father in law, Thomas Nelson charged with, shooting with Intent to kill Mil burn.

Mrs. JlUburn and her daughter denied the testimony of the arresting policemen that they had been told that Nelson shot his son tn law because he was beating Mrs. Mllburn. She admitted she was running from her husband when her father came to her house, but she denied that her little son had seen Milburn strike her and had run over to Kelson's house to call him. Judge Deery expressed the opinion that the witnesses did not seera to tell the wholo truth, and that he would give a week for them to think over thlr testimony.
