OCTOR and Mrs. ThomaB A. Ashby announce the engagement of their Sessions Will Be Held There During The Convention. It was determined yesterday that the convention sessions of the Grand Lodge of Elks. July 10 to 16, will be held in the Palace Theatre, next door to the Baltimore lodge.

The executive committee yesterday awarded the decoration contract for the Palace to the Convery-Eichler Company and R. Wesley Ward was given the contract for the Elks' part of the street decorations. The cits previously awarded the contract for its share of the decorations to the National Electric Company, which put up the work in Washington for the inauguration of President Wilson. The city will furnish the electric current for the decorations and will also do the gardening. HOWARD AND LEXINGTON STS.
