Lake Junaluska July 11 16 to elect a record six new bishops assign 11 bishops to their administrative areas for the next four yeSrs and trans act other business The Southeastern Jurisdic tional civil suits in US Eastern District Court in Raleigh Tuesday against Pey ton Rogers operator of the Norlina Coin Co and the War renton Discount Co Inc of Warrenton and Ann Roebuck Taylor operator of the Carolina Supply Co of Wilson Both suits allege the defend ants are violating the Jenkins Act by selling cigarettes in oth er states without first filing the required information with the tobacco
