The couple were married in Washington in 1909. Scott told the court he and his wife had disagreed in 1914 and have been unable to effect a reconciliation. Shooting Of Patrolman Cassell To Be Ordered To Explain Presence At Home Girl. Patrolman Percy B. Cassell, traffic division, will be ordered to explain why he was in' the house in the 500 block South Vincent street Friday night when Patrolman John W.
