Dr. Lewis A. Wilson reversed Holman's ouster from his $9,000 a year post as associate professor of hygiene by the New York city board of higher education. The order applies only to Holman's -faculty position. Suspended in 1952 Holman, whose outstanding teams included the 1950 national champions, was suspended as coach in 1952.

In the wake of the 1951 basketball bribe scandals, Holman, 57, was charged with neglect of conduct unbecoming a teacher and failure to warn C. C. N. Y. of conditions in the sport.

He denied the charges. Last May Holman said he had not decided whether to resume coaching if he were reinstated. Buell G. Gallagher, college president, said tonight in New York City that the decision to reinstate Holman as basketball coach would be up to the head of the C. C.

N. Y. hygiene department. Less Monies Earned Wilson directed that Holman be reinstated with pay from Nov. 18', 1952, less any monies earned from other employment during the period.

17-19. In making plans known at a press conference in the Palmer House yesterday, Ole Brekke, Norge club president, said the shows will be on a larger scale than any other summer ski jumping event held in the United States. Both Portland and Los Angeles have pioneered in summer ski jumping, Brekke pointed out. A 148 foot tower outsidhe the east wall of 'Soldiers' field will serve as the take-off runway from which skiers will leap over the colonnade. More than 200 tons of ground ice will be blown over the artificial slide, believed to be the longest ever built.

Leading American and international competitors will be seen in the three day show. Competition the first two days will be at night An afternoon session will climax the program Sept. 19.
