I OBITUARIES III DEATH NOTICES John T. Fitzgerald John T. Fitzgerald, 77, of 8237 S. May st, died Saturday In Englewood hospital. He was an attorney with offices at 111 W. Washington St., and served as an assistant state's attorney from 1933 to 1953. He leaves one daughter, Mrs. Leanore Rehm,- three sons, JohnT. Jr., Jerry, and James; two brothers, and four sisters. Services will be held at 10:30 a. m. Tuesday in St. Sabina's church, 78th place and Throop street. ' Harry N. Waterfall Harry Nelson Waterfall, 83 who had operated theater ticket agencies in Loop hotels since 1890, died Saturday in the Chicago Eye, Ear, and Nose hospital. He had lived in the Bismarck hotel. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Muriel Hogarty, and four grandsons. Services will be held at 11 a. m. Tuesday in the chapel at 1035 jv. Dearborn st. Hitoshi Athida .
