Ross's childhood friend testified Thursday that she recalled the way his mother would "scream crazily at him when he was in grade school. Jeannie Lynn Grenier, testifying for the defense during the penalty phase of Ross's trial, said it was very frightening to see Patricia Ross angry- "She could be very, very sweet one minute and the next minute she could explode for absolutely no reason," Grenier said.
