On motion, Of the District Aitorney, the following resolutions were adopted; Resolved, That no accounts for services shall be entertained or be allowed on criminal cases until the suits, out of which such accounts arose shall be disposed of. Resolved, That no fees shall be allowed to Justices of the Peace in criminal cases, of which Justices have jurisdiction until an execution shall issue and be returned unsatisfied in whole or in part. On motion, It is voted that an order be drawn lo the holder of tax deed given on theW i SE i of Sec. 11, 6, 15, the same having sold for delinquent taxes of 1848, error, ihe land having been illegally returned as was doubly assessed nnd paid once to collector, Amount $5.56 Onmotion, Voted that an order be drawn lo redeem the 4 of Sec. 11, 6, R.

On motion. Voted that all illegal gessments and considered by this Board shall be charged to the lown where the lands lay. On motion, It is voted that corn- mittee of three be appointed to investigate all illegal assessments and taxes. The chair appointed, Messrs, Willard, Carpenter and Hutchins said committee. On motion, of P.

V. Brown, voted that all witness certificates before the Grand Judge be audited by the Cleric, nnd orders be drawn to the holders of same. In our report of Nov. 14, 1851, we stated that we had drawn orders on ths Treasury "for thirteen hundred (1300 00; dollars On the 20lh day of Nov. we drew two orders one for $60 00 and the other him- dred ninety two 84-100 dollars.
