6 rnunter-charges tiefore the United Nations commission investigating the situation in Greece were opened by the Hulgiirinn representative today with the assertion thnt British 1 1 oops are the only foreign foment-ris of trouble in the nation. The remainder of the argument presented by Bulgarian spokesman, Georges Kaulischev, consisted largely of rereading the case against Greece as recently presented before the U. Mark Ethridge, United States delegate, who had difficulty in hearing, tried in vain to obtain Bulgarian agreement to dispense with rereading th document in return for his promise to study the English version.

Stays of execution for 14 persons condemned to death by Greek military courts for "political crimes" were tequested of the Greek government by the commission. Three of the persons involved were executed despite a U. N. plea, five more have been granted Jndelinite stays, and six have received 24 hour reprieves which expire at midnight Friday.
