Kimberly O'Keefe, 2, of 14428 Blaine Posen, was fatally injured Sunday Avhen she darted into the path of a police car in front of the of her grandmother, Mrs. Martha Slater, 1741 Vermont Blue Island. She died several hours later in St. Francis hospital, Blue Island. The police car was driven by Sgt.

Albert Pizza, with Patrolman Patrick Gaeta as a passenger. Both said the car was traveling less than 30 miles an hour. Kimberly's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George J.

O'Keefe who were visiting Mrs. Slater, said they had locked the front door to prevent Kimberly from getting out of the house. While the family was eating dinner, however, the child went out the back door and ran into the street. of them at 30 N. Michigan av Mass for Mrs.
