He Landis Bars Brooklyn In Eastern Shore Loop Easton, Nov. 23. (AP.) Kenesaw Mountain Landis, czar of baseball, barred George Jacobs, manager of the Easton team in the Eastern Shore League, and the Brooklyn Dodgers, from participation in the league for three vears. The disbarment was ordered in a letter from Landis to Jacobs today, which also ordered all sales of players and players contracts entered by the Easton club cancelled.
