Kiwanis Hears Explanation of Toll-Dialing Ser-U Members of the Blythevtlle Kiwanis Club heard an explanation of the new operator toll dialing system for malting long distance calls at the weekly meeting of the club In Hotel Noble yesterday. Elvan Chapman, district manager of the Jonesboro District of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, explained the new system which will go into effect here next month.
