Norris Miller, of Forest Avenue, and the late Mr. Miller, was honored Tuesday night at a supper dance given by her mother at the Woman's National Golf and Tennii Club at Glen Head. Three hundred guests, principally young folk who have attended the other debutante parties on the north shore during the last fortnight were present. Before the dance Mrs. Henry G.

Gray gave a dinner for thirty young friends of her daughters, Miss Audrey Gray and Miss Milo Gray, and of the debutante's sister. Miss Anne Miller, at her Locust Valley home. Mifs Nancy Church also gave a dinner at the Mill Neck home of hei parents. Guests from these dinners went on to the dance. Mrs.

I. Miss Miller wore a frock of white lame and gold. She has been in school in Switzerland the last two years. The clubhouse was decorated with autumn flowers and there were special lighting effects. Attending the dance were Miss Jane Aldred.

Mass, and Mr. Edmund Kosinski of Hartford The bride wore a Chanel model gown of white bridal satin made princess style, trimmed with lace across the back and sleeves and made with a court train. Her veil was of rose point lace trimmed with pearls and she carried a shower bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley. The matron of honor wore a gown of salmon pink translucent velvet with a black velvet turban and carried a bouquet of talisman roses.

The bridesmaids' gowns were of pansv blue translucent velvet made like that of the matron of honor They wore black velvet turbans and carried bouquets of talisman roses. The bride's mother wore black chiffon velvet with yellow and black cut velvet sleeves and a corsage of yel-low roses. The mother of the bridegroom, wore an acquamarine blue crepe gown with a corsage of yel low roses. A reception followed the ceremony at the home cf the bride's parents for relatives and intimate friends, Mr. and Mrs.

McLane left for a wedding trip to Chicago. Mrs. E. N. Stanley and her daughters, Mrs.

Arthur H. Harrop and Miss Esther Stanley of Lexington Street, New Britain, have returned from Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard, Mass, where they spent the season. Miss Virginia P. Boyd, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

The faculty of the church school at St. John's Church will meet Wednesday evening, commencing with dinner, which will be served at 6:30 o'clock in the parish house, 679 Farmington Avenue, West Hartford. The Ladies Aid Society of the North Methodist Church will hold a silver tea at the home of Mrs. Paul Dramana, 17 Sterling Place, Wednesday evening at 7:30 o'clock. All members and friends of the North Methodist Church are cordially invited to attend.

The Pansy Circle of the King's Daughters will hold its fall rally Wednesday evening, September 20, at 7:45 o'clock at the home of Miss Jessie A. Whittelsey, 20 Wood mere Road, West Hartford. Members will relate their vacation experiences and the schedule for meetings during the coming months will be submitted. St. Luke's Ladies Guild will meet Wednesday evening, September 20, at 8 o'clock at the James Naylor School.

The Daughters of Queen Marguer ite will hold their monthly meeting Monday evening at 8 o'clock in the mezzanine floor of the Hotel Bond. Miss I. C. Rulnick from G. Fox and Company will talk on "Fall and Winter Fashions" and will illustrate her talk with garments from the store.

Rev. Charles C. Nobel will speak on 'RMding Between the Lines," at the meeting which the Junior League of the Hebrew Ladies' Old People's Home will hold Monday evening at 8 o'clock in the Moorish room of the Hotel Bond. The presi dent, Miss Pearl Kenig, will preside and will announce plans for the coming season. All members are urged to attend.

The Horace Bushnell Chapter of the Delphian Society will hold its first meeting of the season Tuesday afternoon at 2 oclock in the Colon- nial Room of the Horace Bushnell Memorial. Mrs. Cyril E. Warren will preside and Mrs. William D.

Halsey will be leader for the day. The subject will be "Restoration Drama."
