Greenwich Water Company serves over 9,000 consumers in a territory having a population estimated to be over 57,000. The property of the company includes over 146 miles of pipe line, two large steel standpipes, mechanical filtration plant, having a normal capacity of about 4,000,000 gallons per day, and a system of reservoirs haing a combined storage capacity of 1,084,000,000 gallons. The Greenwich Gas Company is now serving with gas a small portion of the estimated 25,000 population of Greenwich. The Company proposes immediately to start construction of an extensive addition to the present gas distributing system, which it is estimated will add over 2,300 customers upon completion. Capitalization: (After giving effect to the present financing) Collateral Trust b Gold Bonds, Series "A" (this issue) Two-Year 6 Gold Notes , Common stock (no par value) y Outstanding , $1,250,000 750,000 100,000 shares I- X?
