Kasprow, 81, of New Britain, died (July 1), after a long Illness. Born In New Britian and was resident of New Britain most of his life.

He was one of the founders of the National Automatic Products, of Berlin, serving as secretary and treasurer for over 40 years. He was a charter member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. He is survived by his wife Anna (Smagacz) Kasprow; two daughters, Dr. Barbara Kasprow of Elmhurst, Mrs.

Charles (Evelyn) Zmijeski of West Hartford; a brother, Joseph Kasprow" of Newington; two sisters, Mrs. Sophia Discenza of Newington and Mrs. Jeanette Ginelewicz of Farmington; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral sevice will be on Thursday at 9:15 a.m. New Britain Memorial Funeral Home, 444 Farmington 10 a.m., at the St.

ANGELASTRO. Francis J. Angelas-tro, 34, of Moulton, Charleston, R.I., died Sunday (July 1), at providence Veterans Adminstra-tion Medical Center, in Providence, R.I. He was born July 25, 1949 in Brooklyn, N.Y., and had iived In Canton for many years, Iprior to moving to Charleston. He was a Vietnam Veteran having 'served in the U.S.

Army. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Theresa (Galanis) Angelastro of Canton; a sister, Mary Louise An--gelastro of West Hartford; his pa-" ternal grandparents, Nicholas and Rose Angelastro of Brooklyn, JN.Y.; his maternal grandfather, Thomas J. McKee of Canton. Scheckter of Stamford, died July 2, 1984. Husband of Lillian; father of Ronald Scheckter, Barbara Berger and Margery Nass; brother of I. Jerome Scheckter and Annette Chester; grandfather of James Scheckter, Glen, Dana and Laura Berger. Graveside service in Sharon Gardens, Valhalla, N.Y., today at 2 p.m. SCHOONMAKER.

Eva G. Schoon-maker, 87, formerly of Duanes-burg, N.Y., died Monday, (July 2, 1984) at a local convalescent home. Born in Johnstown, N.Y., she was a teacher for 372 years, retiring in 1961. She is survived by her husband, Fred M. Schoonmak-er of Bloomfield; two daughters, Mrs.

Arthur (Janet) Swan of Bloomfield, and Mrs. Ernest (Joan) Holznagel of Voorhees-ville, N.Y.; three grandchildren, Eric Swan, Karen Swan and Bill Holznagel. Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the Reformed Presbyterian Church, Duanesburg, N.Y. 12056.

Taylor Modeen Funeral Home, has charge of STONE. H. Taylor Stone, 81, of Farmington, died Monday (July 2). He was born in 1902 at Urbana, Ohio, and had lived in Connecticut where he retired as Assistant V.P. in 1968 from the (Hartford) Connecticut National Bank.

He was the son of the late Samuel M. Stone, retired president of Colt Firearms. Mr. Stone was past master of Wyllys Lodge No. 99, was a 32nd Degree Mason, York and Scottish Rite, a member of the Sphinx Temple AAONMS, Wethersfield, and a member of the West Hartford Squires.

He instructed in safe boating in Farmington, also was a former member of the Power Squardron, Commander of Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 17-2. He was a member, of the Middletwon Yacht Club, and a member of the Green Port, N.Y. Yacht Club. He is survived by his wife Leonara L. Stone; a son, Samuel M.

Stone, II; a daughter, Elizabeth S. McCabe; a M. Stone; a niece, Mary S. Wilcox, and seven grandchildren. Memorial services will be Friday July 6, 1984 at 11 a.m., at St.

John's Episcopal Church, 679 Farmington West Hartford. Burial will be private, and there will not be any calling hours. The family requests contributions in lieu of flowers be made to the St. John's Church Ministers Descretionary Fund. DWYER.

Edward L. Dwyer, 78, of 10 Belcher Road, Wethersfield, retired Director of the Registry, of the Motor Vehicle Department, died Monday (July 2), at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Hartford, son of the late Albert and Isabell (Moran) Dwyer, he had lived in Torrington for several years, before returning to the Hartford area in 1961. Mr. Dwyer worked for the Department of Motor Vehicle for over 40 years, serving as branch manager of the Waterbury and Torrington branches of the Motor Vehicle before being appointed as Assistant Director of the Registry.

In 1967 he was app-pointed Director of the Registry, a position he held until his retirement in 1975. He was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church, a member of CSEA. He Is survived by his wife Dorothy (McCue) Dwyer, four sons, Peter A. Dwyer of Manchester, John E. Dwyer of East Hartford, James T.

Dwyer of Winsted, Joseph A. Dwyer of Salt Lake City, Utah; two Patricia D. Perrotti of Ambler, Rosemary D. Montgomery of Old Lyme; a step-son, Joseph M. Cote of Wethersfield; 15 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 9:15 a.m., from the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin (Maple Ave, Ext.) Wethersfield, followed by a mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m., in Corpus Christi Church. Burial will be in Mt. Saint Benedict Cemetery. MILLER. Abbie M. Miller, 83, of 53 Chestnut Winsted, died July 1 at Winsted Memorial Hospital following a short illness. Widow of Edward Miller who died in 1967. Born Sept.

17, 1900 in Williston, daughter of the late Fred and Agnes (Lashway) LaTulip. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's" Church, Winsted. She is survived by a son, Sheldon Miller of Terry-ville; a sister, Cynthia Brown of Schnectady, N.Y.; four grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Thursday at 10 a.m.

Olesky, 53, of 1078 New Britain West Hartford, husband of Beverly (Ten-nant) Olesky, died Monday, (July 2, 1984) at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Born in Hartford, he lived in the West Hartford area for 24 years. He was employed by Cigna Corp. of West Hartford for over 28 years as assistant territorial manager.

He was a member of St. Brigid Church, West Hartford, and of the parish council. He was a U.S. Army World War II veteran. He was a chairman of the Fourth District, Town of West Hartford, commissioner for the West Hartford Rent Control, a member of the National Society of Insurance Premium Auditors, and chairman of the Finance Committee of St.

Brigid Church, West Hartford. He was on the Executive Committee for the West Hartford Citizens Committee for the Responsive Government, past grand knight of the Knights of Columbus Council. 3600 of West Hartford, and was fourth degree member of the Bishop McMahon Assembly. Besides his wife, he leaves a son, William E. Olesky of West Hartford; a daughter, Mary Alice Olesky of West Hartford; three brothers, John Olesky in Florida, Henry Olesky of Enfield, and Joseph Olesky of Broad Brook; a sister, Mrs.

She was born Plainfield, and had came to Stafford Springs 30 years ago. She was a member of St. Edward Parish. She is survived by her husband Joseph A. Bohacik of Stafford Springs; six sons, Joseph G.

He was born on February 24, 1938 and was a graduate of Quinnipac College and former employee of Edmunds Manufac- turing Co.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Wynnie) Clark; two sons, James R. Clark of George Airforce Base, Ran- dall P. Ralph Joseph Diorio, 70, of 5848 Lincoln Hollywood, formerly of Hartford, died Sun- day, (July 1, 1984) in Florida. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I II. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Lena Socha of Bloomfield, and Mrs. Rose Salone of Hartford; several nieces and nephews.

He was born in Van Buren, Maine, he had lived in Hartford for 38 years. He was a member the French Social Circle. He leaves his wife Mrs. Lillian (Poitras) Vaillancourt; four sons, Eugene Vaillancourt and Gilman Vaillancourt, both of Enfield, Rodney Vaillancourt of Bolton, and Wayne Vaillancourt of Hartford; four brothers, Emery Vaillancourt of East Hartford, Gerard Vaillancourt, Hermel Vaillancourt, and Herby Vaillancourt, all Van Buren, Maine; his mother Mrs. Elise (Lajoie) Vaillancourt of Van Buren, Maine; four sisters, Mrs.

Herman S. Weinberg, 65, of 249 Griswold Drive, West Hartford, retired president of the former South Green Furniture Company died July 2, 1984 at St. Francis Hospital. Mr. Weinberg was born in Hartford, son of the late David and Bella Stillman Weinberg, and lived in the Hartford area most of his life.

He received his BS degree in public accounting from New York University class of 1941, he continued his education by attending the Hartford College of Law (now the University of Connecticut Law School), and graduate studies at the University of Connecticut Graduate School of Business Administration. An Army veteran of World War ll, Mr. Weinberg served in general headquarters with the judge advocate general's department and the adjutant general's department under Major General Kenneth T. Blood of the Eastern Defense Command and First Army. After his military service he joined his father in the operation of the South Green Furniture Company until his retirement in 1964.

He was also president of the Weinberg Realty and a retired real estate broker. Mr. Weinberg was for-; merly associated with the Legion Package Store of Hartfc d. He was a life member and former chaplain of the Disabled American Vet-' erans Chapter No. 12, and a mem-, ber of the American Legion Post No.

Born in Pittsburgh, she had lived in West Hartford for 19 years. She was a member of the St. Timothy's Church, West Hartford. She was a graduate of Grace Hospital, School of Anesthiology of Detroit, in 1965. She was a Nurse Anestitis of Hartford Hospital for three years.

She then attended the Hartford Hospital Nurse Practioner program graduating in 1973. She was employed by the Newington Veterans Hospital Medical Center as a nurse practioner for 11 years. She was retired as a captain of the U.S. Airforce. She leaves a son, P.

Mark Boiszert of West Hartford; a brother, George McClory of Pittsburgh, Penn. Funeral will be on Thursday at 9:15 a.m., from the Richard W. Friends may call at the funeral home, on Thursday morning from 8 to 9 a.m. McKEE. Reverend Elmore M. McKee, 88, 32 of Avery Heights, Hartford, died Saturday (June 30), at Avery Nursing Home, following a brief illness. Mr.

Mckee was born in Ridgewood, N.J., March 28, 1896. He was the youngest child and last survivor of four children, of Oliver and Julia (Wither) McKee. By the age of twelve, Mr. McKee had lived in England, France, Germany, Japan, and China, countries in which his father represented the Encyclope- dia Britanica Co. He was graduated from the Taft School, Watertwon, and from Yale University (B.A.

1919, M.A. 1926) and Yale Divinity School (B.D. 1921). As an undergraduate, he was chairman of the Yale Daily News and secretary of Dwight Hall. In World War he served as 1st.

Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He was married to Katherine A. Truslow, in Summit, N.J., in 1918, and they were divorced in 1950. He was ordained as an Episcopal Minister and was assistant at St.

John's Church, Waterbury, then Rector at St. Paul's Church, New Haven, Ct. He was Chaplain of Yale University from 1927 to 1930 and thereafter, was Rector of Trinity Church in Buffalo, N.Y., and St. George's Church, New York City, N.Y. In 1946, Mr.

McKee went to Europe for the American Friends Service Committee as head of mission to the U.S. Zone, Germany. He next spent several years writing and taping material on Grass Roots Democracy at Work in 38 U.S. communities, and as creator and narrator of the prize-winning radio series 'The People sponsored by the Ford Foundation, over CBS. After some 10 years as a consultant on community development, he returned to Conneti-cut, with his late wife, Jessie Cun-nighan McKee, in the 1970's.

Only somewhat retired, he continued to be active as parishoner of Christ Church Cathedral as a director of Center City Churches, and in the Alzheimers Support Group of Larus Center-Avery, and in the Peace Group at Avery. He is survived by a son, Elmore M. McKee, of Montclair, N. two grandsons, Seth McKee and Daniel Mckee; a daughter, Katherine, who died in 1921. A memorial service will be at held at Christ Church Cathedral on Friday July 6, at 3 p.m.

Oliva, 81, of 27, Center Windsor Locks, husband of the late Margaret (O'Neil) Oliva, died Monday (July 2), at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital, New London.

He was born in Voghera, Italy, and had lived in Windsor Locks, for 78 years. He was formerly employed at the C.H. Dexter for 48 years, retiring as superintendent 16 years ago. He was a communi-catnt of St. Roberts Bellarmine Church.

He is survived by four brothers, Francis, Louis, William and Lawrence Oliva all of Windsor Locks; four sisters, Mrs. Cornelia Gragnolati, Mrs Nellie Anderson, Mrs. Anna Calsetta and Mrs. Josephine Rachele all of Windsor Locks; a sister-in-law. Sister Agnes Regina, Order of the Felician Sisters, in Mt.

Holyoke, Mass; several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be Wednesday at 8:15 a.m., from the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring Windsor Locks, followed by Liturgy of Christian burial, in St. Roberts Bellarmine Church at 9 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, visiting hours today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

SICARD. Philip A. Sicard, 62, of Hartford, beloved husband of Anna Mae (Daley) Sicard, died Saturday (June 30) at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Newington, after a long illness. He was born in Hartford, son of the late Adelard and Emma (Provencal) Sicard, and had lived in the Hartford area all his life. He was formerly employed at G.

Fox 6 and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Moses Fox Club, the Hannon-Hatch Post 9929 of West Hartford, the Unknown Soldier Chapter No. 12 Disabled American Veterans, and the Parkville Senior Citizens Center. He leaves his wife Anna Mae (Daley) Sicard; two sons, Larry Sicard of Holliston, and Bruce Sicard of Hartford; two daughters, Mrs.

Joao (Valerie) deLoureiro and Michelle Sicard both of Hartford; a son-in-law, Joao deLoureiro of Hartford; four brothers, Normand Sicard of Rocky Hill, Edward Sicard of Windsor, Ernest Sicard of Phoenix, Harold Sicard of Newington; two sisters, Miss Evelyn Sicard of Hartford, Mrs. Michael (Agnes) Gianette of Port Richey, two grandchildren, Deanna Mae deLoureiro and John Philip deLoureiro. Alton N. Smith, 73, of 150 Howe Glastonbury, died Saturday (June 30) at Hartford Hospital. Born in Sutton, province of Quebec, Canada, he was formerly of Manchester, living in Glastonbury the last 32 years. He was retired from HELCO after 37 years of service. He was a communicant of St.

Dunstan's Church, Glastonbury. He was educated in Vermont, a member of the HELCO Men's Club, and the HELCO 25 Year Club. He is survived by his wife, Harriet A. (Coburn) Smith; a son, Dr. Thomas N.

Smith of New Hartford; two brothers, A.W. Smith of Bellows Falls, N.H., and Darcy Smith of Manchester; two grandchildren, Ian S. Smith and Jessica E. Smith, both of New Hartford; several nieces and nephews. A mass of Christian burial Friday at 10a.m.

Born in Wallingford, on August 26, 1908, he was educated in Wallingford and graduated from New York University.

He lived in for some years in Wethersfield, and moved in to Tampa in 1949. He was engaged in Retail Business, and subsequently in the development of industrial and commercial real estate. He retired to Brooksville, in 1975. He is survived by his wife Isabel; two sisters, Mrs. John H.

Welsh and Mrs. T.F. Brewer both of West Hartford; four children, Mrs. M.Y. Baroudi of Toronto, Canada; three sons, Brian J.

Larry C. (Linda) Gebe-loff of Windsor; two brothers, Samuel Oberman of New York City, and Lloyd Obermon of Du-mont, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Sagman of New York City; five grandchildren. Heldmann of West Hartford, Joseph G. Heldmann of Glastonbury, William H. Heldmann and Ernest J. Heldmann, both of Wethersfield, and Henry M. Heldmann of Rocky Hill; three sisters, Mrs.

Helena H. Mi-chalek, Mrs. Catherine H. Po-dann, and Marian T. Heldmann, all of Wethersfield; 16 nieces and nephews, and 37 grandnieces and nephews.

Johnson, died Sunday, (July 1) from injuries received in an automobile accident in Middle-field. She was born in Middletown, daughter of Paul S. and Hazel L. (DeWolf) Cubeta. She was a graduate of Portland High School class of 1966, and the University of Connecticut class of 1970.

She was a member of Snow School PTO, Middletown Bowling League, a Brownie leader for Troop No. 02187, and a substitute teacher for the Middletown school system. Besides her husband and parents, Mrs. Johnson is survived by a son, Randy Thomas Johnson, and a daughter, Karen Marie Johnson, both at home; a brother, Paul R. Cubeta of Middletown; two sisters, Mrs.

Lora Stone (Shearer) Morrison, 94, of Brentwood, Drive, Bristol, wife of the late Hope Harold Morrison, died Monday (July 2), at West Hartford Manor. She was born 28, 1889, in Panokee, Kansas, and had lived in Abilene and Topeka, Kansas, for many years? prior to moving to Bristol four years ago, to live with her granddaughter, Mrs. Harold (Ann) Eberhard.

She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 111, in Abilene, and other local community and church organizations. She is survived by a brother, Bill Shearer of Corpus Christi, a sister, lona B. Sampson of Abilene, five grandchildren-five great-grandchildren. RAMSAY. Barbara (Brann) Ramsay, 56, of 47 Kenlock Newington, died (July 2), at Hartford Hospital. She was the widow of Robert Lloyd Ramsay. Mrs. Ramsey was born in Berlin, N.H., and had lived in Newington for the past 32 years.

She was a member of the Church of Christ Congregational and the General Roger Wells Chapter of the DAR. She was also a member of the National Duck Pin Bowling Congress. Mrs. Ramsay was employed by the Connecticut National Bank in Hartford. She leaves a son, Keith E.
