THE LOGANSPORT PRESS, LOGANSPORT, INDIANA PAGE SEVEN Stork Shower Honors Hartley Pierson A pink and blue shower honoring Mrs. Hartley Pierson was staged Monday evening in the home of Jamison with the assistance of Mrs, Philip Wikle and Mrs. Jack Wallace. The lace covering of the serving table was -arranged over blue.

Pink tapers in crystal candelabra flanked the center arrangement of pink mums. Mrs. Wikle presided at the punch bowl and Mrs. served the cake. The honored guest opened her gifts from a pink and white bassinet.

Coiitests were enjoyed with prizes going to Mrs. Keith Obenchain and Mrs. Earl Jamison with duplicate prizes to the honored guest. Others guests were Mrs. Letha Overmyer, Mrs.

Ralph Jones, Mrs. Lowell Angle, Mrs. Phyllis Stuart, Mrs. Hazel Overmyer, Mrs. Marcia Brewer, Mrs.

Kathryn Shope and the Misses Janet Overmyer, Esther Deitrich, Judy Obenchain, Rosann Pasquale and Sally Bodell. 20 Members-Guests At Dorcas The Dorcas Class of the Main Street Methodist church convened Tuesday, afternoon in the fellowship hall with 20 members and guests in attendance. when the president, Mrs. Edna Caldwell, opened the meeting. Mae- led the devotional on the theme, "Thankfulness," using Psalms 100. She was assisted by Mrs. Caldwell and Mrs. Cora Eisele. There was group singing.

An election of officers was conducted with Mrs. Daisy Stubei named president; Mrs. Viola Whiteman, vice-president; Mrs. Cora Eisele, recording secretray; and Mrs. Stella Tyrier, treasurer.

Mrs. Dora Raber was hostess serving refreshments at a table decorated in the. Thanksgiving theme. The next meeting will; be. held December 19 with Mrs.

Viola Whiteman in her home on 826 Nineteenth Street, featuring a carry-in dinner. DAROIdTowneChqpt. Home of Regent The Old Towrte of the American Revolution, regent, Mrs. Matilda. Lybrook, was hostess, to 18 members at the meeting held Monday evening in her Young America home.
