TWIE OF OPENING Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Redlands Unified School District of San Bernardino County, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner" will receive up to but not later than 2:30 p.m. iPDTi on the 2nd day of June. 1965, sealed Proposals for: CURBING. GUTTERS, SIDEWALK AND PAVING OF PARKING LOT AT LUGONIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL at which time said Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. 2. WHERE RECEIVED Proposals may be mailed to the District Office, 33 W. Lugonia Avenue. Redlands, California, or will be received at the same address. 3. SECURING DOCUMENTS Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Contract Documents. Copies are now on file and open for public inspection at the Business Office of the Redlands Unified School' District. 33 W. Lu­ gonia Avenue, Redlands. Specifications and all pertinent Documents may be obtained for bidding only at the above office. Bidders are directed to confer with the school authorities and to visit the site where work is to be done. 4. PREVAILING WAGES It shall be mandatory upon the Contractor to whom a contract is awarded and upon all sub-contractors under him to pay not less than said general prevaihng rates of per diem wages to all workmen employed in the execution of the Contract. All foremen not specifically classified shall be paid not less than twenty- five cents (25c) per hour more than the hourly wage rate of the highest classification over which he has supervision. Apprentices may be employed in conformity with Section 1777.5 of the Cahfornia Labor Code. 5. PROPOSAL FORM Each proposal shall be submitted on a form to be obtained at the Business Office of the Redlands Unified School District. 33 W. Lugonia Avenue. Each Proposal shall be sealed in an envelope provided by the "Owner" with the name of the bidder and the kind of work on which he bids marked plainly on the facej of the envelope and filed with thei Governing Board at or before the I time stnted above. i (i.
