Add egg and beat wtjll. Add flour, alternately with milk, a small amount at a time. Beat after each addition untU smooth. Add flavoring. Bake In two greased 9-inCh lajxr pans in moderate oven (375d P.) 25 minutes. Put layers together and cover top and sides of cake with j-Qur favorite frosting. Grapefruit DeUcht.
