The location is most delightful, aud offers ail the exterior advantages which parents may dotsire for their children. The system of Education will embrace all the branches taught in the best Institutions of America or Spelling. Grammar, Composition, Rhetoric, Elocution, to the French and English Languages, to both of which the utmost attention will be paid, and both of which the pupils will most carefully be traiued to and write with correctness, elegance and flueucy Writing Geography, sacred and profane, Ancient and Modern History, Mythology, Arithmetic, Hook-Keeping, the elements of Algebra and Geometry, Natural Philosophy, Natural History, Domestic Economy, Sewing, Embroidery, Artificial Flowers, Drawiug, Painting, Vocal and instrumental Music. This last branch will be taught by a distinguished artist, just arrived from NewOrleans. Nothing will be omitted to kiiidle in the pupils a vivid emulation for learning.

The greatest attention will alfco bo paid to develop their minds, form their uearts and elevate their character. They will have nothing to fear from evil examples or evil associations, remaining at all times within the enclosure of tho house, aud uuder the eves of kind teachers, who will watch over their morals with maternal affection. Vhey shall receive no visitH, excent from their parents or relations, who will be allowed to see them iu the parlor on Thursdays after tho morulug class, and on Sundays after the high mass. The utmost attention will be paid to the health of the pupils. The diet will be and abundant.

The sick will be nursed with matornaffigilance aud tenderness. Religion is the ground-work of Education. The Institution is Catholic; however, young Ladies who may belong to other denominations will be received, on the only condition of conforming to the public exercises of the house. To enable parents to send their children ftt nn earlier age to child may profit the age of seven or eight, and eveu keep them longer, and send several of them at ouce, lue most moderate prices have been adopted: For Board and Tuition, $100 per scholastic year of ten months, payable semi-annually or quarterly iu advance; Day scholars will pay $20, $30 orJ40 for the scholastic year, according to their age the clauses they will attend. Music on tho Piano or Guitar will be charged per per month for the use of the piano; $3 per month for Vocal Music, in advance.

Parents will have to children wiMa paper, and provide for the washing their clothes. Expenses iucurred in sickness will also be cluirgod to them. Boarders will to be supplied, at their entrance, with a uiusketoe bar, suffloient quantity of sheets, blankets, towels aud every day clothes; they must also bring the for the whole year in a blue dress, with cape o( the same color, trimmed black- velvet; two sun-bonnets, one blue, one of brown lineu; two veils, one yards, one white.two yards; a spoon, fork, tumbler and knife; also a small bucket, brushes, combs, a pitcher, bowl and lookiug-glass. Day scholars will attend tho studies and recreations they will be allowed to take'their in tho house. They will also receive for their moral tud intellectual improvement that degree of carp, attention ufd aident solicitude, that can be expected from persons exclusively devoted by religion and zeal to the education of youth.
