Truman Swing, 69, former secretary treasurer and park superintendent of the Brandywine Battlefield Park Commission, died Saturday in University Hospital, Philadelphia. The commission administers leader and former Delaware County commissioner. Mr. Swing, 410 McClenaghen Mill Road, Lower Merion, was a Republican member of the commission from its inception in 1947 until he was removed bv C.ov. the park at Chadds Ford inlWilliam W.
