12-Austin, Texas The Austin Statesman Monday, Dec. 18, 1972 Deaths and Services MRS. OLA MAE Funeral for Mrs. Ola Mae Baumeister, 68, 7703 Delafield Drs, was Monday at 1-Manor Funeral Home with burial in Austin Memorial Park. Pallbearers were C.

R. Leach, Arlis Moses, Richard Rowton, Ron Collier, James Smith and Robert E. Lawrence, Jr. Mrs. Baumeister died Friday.

OLLIE B. SCHLUEDER Ollie B. Schlueder, U.S.A.F. 53, of Dallas, died in a Temple Hospital Sunday morning. He had been in the military for 22 years; was a member of the Baptist church, and had lived in Austin before recently moving to Dallas.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Francine Schlueder, Eau-Galle, his mother, Mrs. E. W. Baker, Dallas; three daughters, Mrs.

Ollie Fay Magnuson, Medfield, Mrs. D. K. (Mickie Karen) Tolley, Eau-Galle, and 1 Mrs. C.

C. (Bonnie Katherine) Leech, Smithfield, six brothers, Thomas 0. Schlueder, 'Otto F. Schlueder, Laurette L. Schlueder, Hollis Bert Schlueder, W.

Howard Schlueder and Bobby Ray Schlueder all of Austin. Four sisters, Mrs. W. C. (Marguerite) Cook, Mrs.

D. B. (Ione) Hornburg, Mrs. B. J.

(Lillie Mae) Hamilton and Mrs. Floyd M. (Mary Etta) Clearman all of Austin; six grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hyltin-Manor Funeral Home, Rev.

Melvin Clearman officiating. Burial will be in Austin Memorial Park with military honors. The six surviving brothers will be honorary pallbearers. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to a favorite charity. Those who wish may visit the family at the L.

L. Schlueder residence, 902 Floradale. MRS. ERNEST HALEK Mass of the Resurrection was Monday at St. Austin's Catholic Church for Mrs.

Ernest Halek with Rev. George F. Helmich officiating. Burial was in Capital Memorial Gardens. Mrs.

Halek, died Friday. Pallbearers were Paulson, Roy Simpson, T. M. Burnet, Paul T. Parrish, Gary Wiede, and John Frustenworth.

Hoffman, 80,, died Friday. He was a resident of Lake Travis 23 years and retired in 1959 after 32 years with the Air Force. Col. Hoffman was a of First Lakeview Church, Hill City, Lodge 456 A.F.&A.M. and Scottish Rite Bodies Funeral will be 2 p.m.

Tuesday at Weed-Corley Funeral Home. The body will be sent Cambridge, Mass. for burial. BRENT HICKMAN Brent Hickman, 35, resident of New York, died Saturday. Funeral will be 10 a.m, Tuesday at St.

SHIRLEY "BILL" BYRD KILLEEN Shirley "Bill" Byrd, 62, died Sunday in a Killeen hospital following an illness. Funeral was Monday at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church with Dr. Wallace J. Shelton officiating.

Burial was Killeen City Cemetery under the direction of Harper-Talasek Funeral Home. Byrd, a retired civil service employe, lived in Killeen. Betty Esco, Austin; a daughter, Mrs. Edmond Wattis, Marble Falls; two sons, Mark Esco and Robert Esco, both of Austin; his mother, Mrs. Eloise Goodwin, Birmingham, two brothers, Jack E. Esco, Atlanta, Ga. and Richard Esco, Saulte St.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) The Coast Guard continued a search today for the Sammie Lee, a 75-foot tuna boat which reported it was taking on water south of its home port of Freeport, Tex. The Coast Guard said it spotted a life ring Sunday in the search area, about 80 miles south of Freeport, but was unable to determine if was from the vessel.
