Joseph Znotas, officiating. Burial was held in 'Assumption Cemetery. She died Wednesday in a local hospital. MRS. MATTIE GILLYARD Deaths and Services MARION BELL Marion Bell, 62, of 4606 Wally, died Monday in a Marlin hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mildred Bell; one son, Marion Bell three brothers, Allan J. Bell and Edward Bell of Detroit, Thomas Bell of Austin; four sisters, Mrs. Florena Bradford of Los Angeles, Mrs. Fannie Lee Robertson of Austin, Mrs.

Matilda Lee of Detroit, Mrs. Laura E. Wade of Austin; two aunts, Mrs. Matilda Crenshaw and Mrs. Sallie Reynolds, one uncle, Gilbert Beard of Los Angeles, Calif.

Funeral will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at St. James Baptist Church with Rev. E. M.

Franklin officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Fuller Sheffield Funeral Service, Inc. L. MILTON HOLLANDER The body of Dr. Lee Milton Hollander, 92, of 3204 West was taken to San Antonio for cremation by Hyltin-Manor Funeral Home Friday afternoon.

Dr. Hollander died in a local hospital Thursday. MRS. MABLE R. MERCER Funeral for Mrs.

Formerly a resident of Austin he was a member of the Baptist church, was a retired senior master sergeant in the Air Force, and was an employe of the Travis State School. Survivors are his wife, Mrs.

Ida Hart of Pec cos: step-daughter, Mrs. Pauline Drew of Pecos; two sisters, Mrs. Willie Getzie of Houston and Mrs. Pearl Walker of Austin; one brother, Louis Hart of Houston; and two grandchildren, Mrs. Diana Bugg of Fort Worth and Duane Drew of San Angelo.

MRS. VIRGINIA VALLEJO Funeral fo Mrs. Virginia C. Vallejo, 75, of 2028 E. 1st, who died in a local hospital on Thursday evening, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m.

at Templo Bethel Pentecostal Church, with Rev. Pedro Montoya, officiating. Besides her husband, Rafael Vallejo, she is survived by a son, Gregorio Vallejo of Austin; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery under direction of. Mission Funeral Home.

HENRY SMITH Funeral for Henry Smith, of 2107 Comal Street, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in Phillips and Upshaw Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. J. H. Carruthers officiating.

He died Wednesday in a local home. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Frankie Smith; one sister, Mrs. Metra Lee Smith and one granddaughter, Mrs. Gracie Mae Jones of Newark, Calif.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. DEWEY JOHN PURYEAR Funeral for Dewey John Puryear, 73, of 914 East were held Friday afternoon at Funeral Home with Dr. Ralph M. Smith officiating. Burial was in Memorial Hill Park.

She died Monday in a local nursing home. Central Texas Deaths JESUS HERNANDEZ LOCKHART Jesus Hernandez, of Lytton Springs, 59, died Friday in an hospital after a short illness. He was a carpenter. Funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at St.

Mary's Catholic Church. Prayer service will be Saturday at 8:30 p.m. at Eed's Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Mendoza Cemetery. Father Pete McCabe will officiate.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Isabel Hernandez of Lytton Springs; two sons, Roy Hernandez of Lytton Springs and Juan Hernandez of Austin; three daughters, Mrs. Agadita Flores of San Antonio, Mrs. Priscilla Torres of Lytton Springs and Mrs. Mary phey of Dallas; three brothers, Jose Saldana, Manuel Saldana and Castelo Saldana, all of Lytton Springs; one sister, Mrs.

Howard MacAllister will officiate. Duncan died Thursday in a local nursing home. He had been an attorney for many years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs.

Mary Duncan of Gonzales; one son, Ashley Duncan of Wichita Falls; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be John Charles BuBose, Denver Cleveland, Henry Majefski, Leonard Mohrmann, Woody Wilson, Leonard Greer, and Milton Cobb. Wolstal, 72, of BeBe will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in St. James Catholic Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Rev.

Wensel Liebe will officiate. Wolstal died Wednesday in a Gonzales hospital after an extended illness. He was a retired farmer. He was a native of Poland and had lived in Gonzales for 65 years. Survivors include two brothers, Sigmond Wolstal of Los Angeles, and Steven Wolstal of BeBe; four sisters, Mrs.

Sam Brzozowski, and Mrs. Bruno Brzozowski, both of Gonzales, Mrs. Catherine Windschimer and Mrs. Julia Rospendek, both of Houston. GORDON WOLF GORDON WOLF ELGIN-Gordon Wolf, 68, Friday in a local hospital after a short illness.

He had farmed for 40 years and owned a small business in Elgin. He was a native of Bastrop County and had lived near Elgin all of his life. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Funeral will be Sunday 4 p.m. at Miller-Newby Home.

Rev. Robert Blackwell will officiate. Burial will be in the McDade City Cemetery. Survivors include two sons, Guy Wolf of Portland, Kan. and Darrell Behrend of Smithville; one daughter Mrs.

Margaret Weisner of Elgin; one sister, Mrs. Mary Clark of Elgin; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. MRS. IMA BRICE ELGIN Funeral for Mrs. Ima Brice, 80, will be Sunday at 2 p.m.

John Fickinger will officiate. Lopez died Wednesday in a Corpus Christi nursing home. He was a bartender. Originally from Monterey, Mexico, he had lived in Gonzales before moving to Corpus Christi 26 years ago. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs.

Felix Molina of Gonzales, Mrs. Alfred Flores of Yoakum, Mrs. Hector Munguia of Corpus Christi and Mrs. A. R.

Trevino of Norwalk, one son, Arthur Lopez of Alhambra, one step-son, Gonzaleo Barrera of Compton, one step-daughter, Mrs. Manuel Villireal of Corpus Christi; two brothers, Feliciano Lopez of Gonzales and Julio Lopez of Port Neches; one sister, Mrs. Romania Garles of Kansas City, 28 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. SAM MOORE SAN SABA Sam Moore, 88, died Friday in a local hospital after a fall. He was a farmer and rancher and a member of the Methodist Church.
