Man Shoots Self After Wounding CoufAe SALISBURY, Md. (A - Graden Collins, who wounded two other people and then himself in what police called a "fit of jealousy," was in critical condition early today in a Baltimore hospital. The 38-year-old Salisbury Negro was transferred yesterday to South Baltimore General Hospital. Hospital" attendants here said he-was to undergo surgery to have a bullet removed from his head, but a spokesman for .the Baltimore hospital said he hadn't been operated on and wasn't scheduled for surgery. Police Chief William J. Chatham said Collins became enraged when he went to the home of 33-year-old Katie Parker Sunday and found Nathaniel Sample, 27, already there. He pulled a .22 caliber pistol. Chatham, said he shot the woman five times and Sample once. Then he gave a neighbor 25 cents and told him to call police.
