One of them, in describing the occurrence, did not acknowledge to feeling alarmed, but said that it gave her an uncanny feeling to soe tho mouse so familiar. Last night two other ladies were attracted by another mouse, this time in a music store, which was sporting with a cricket. The mouse would make a rush for tha cricket and the latter vould fly ua a little way, the mouse leaping after it. jumping several times over a foot from the floor, and once or twice turned a somersault ere it alighted. It exhibited all the activity and went through all the antics of a cat playing with a victim, but the ladies said it was much more cunning.
