18 4 26 The site for the buUding will definitely be on the Manlius- Cazenovia Road, but the details of building itself have not been finalized by architects Curtan, Kane, Gere and Ashley. Some things do seem certain, however. The building, in a landscaped area will occupy about 10,000 square feet and be of two-level construction and modern design. Less clear is that it will employ a modular, functional-type concept to permit a free flow of work. Room will be allowed for Barlow-Johnson expansion.

The firm now employs about 50 people. Among the exciting possibilities are inclusion of a small theater and radio-TV facilities to be used in connection with company business. We'd add that we're sorry to see all the nice B-J people move out of the city, but these days Manlius hardly seems a stone's throw (even by us) away! Personnel Shifts John C. Panaro has been named the head of manufacturing and construction industries in Lincoln National Bank Trust Corporate Banking Division, according to James D. Heffernan, bank president.

Panaro was previously assistant vice president and manager of the Industrial Park office. Raymond P. Prowak, who was previously assistant vice president and manager of the recently closed Warren Street office, is replacing Panaro at the Industrial Park office. Panaro is replacing James Foley, who recently joined Nixon Gear and Machine Co. Heffernan also announced that Earl C.

Cowan has joined Lincoln as head of the computer operations area of the Data Processing Divison, He is replacing Lawrence Sammons, who has joined Casco National Bank in Portland, Me. With interest rates soaring now's the time to be sure your money is working as hard as it can. Why not look into bonds? They're paying some of the highest interest rates--or providing some of the highest yields--available today, And those selling at discounts, also offer the opportunity for important capital gains later on. You can learn about these advantages by reading "Investment Opportunities in -which Bache has just issued. This new report identifies a broad spectrum of corporate, utility and convertible bonds Bache finds attractive right now: Some are high grade bonds, selling around par, picked for interest rates that run as high as Some-more speculative--sell at deep discounts and were picked for yields to maturity as high as plus significant capital gain potential.

Others, fall between these extremes and offer what we see as a combination of quality, generous income, and growth potential. The multi-million dollar merger of Tanya and Bristol-Myers Co. was complete.

Charles Clowe, the deeply-tanned and newly-retired board chairman of Tanya, explained what happened. 1 'Negotiations with Bristol-Myers had been going on for five months when they told me I would have to sign a 10-year, non-competitive said. "The mention of the non-competitive agreement really upset me. Then they told me my wife had to sign too." "So I said, I suppose you want my dog to sign it too' and that broke the tension around the Clowe said, "We all laughed." Clowe, 66, said he was surprised when Hank Taft, executive vice president of Bristol-Myers, took him up on the offer. The business executives gathered around as Mr.
