Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Dedham in Carroll County. Iowa, will meet at the Town Hall in said Town, on the 30th day of November, 1970, at 7 o'clock P.M., C.S.T., at which time and place or at such later time and place as the Council may then fix, a hearing will be held and said Council proposes to adopt plans and specifications and form of contract and to receive bids for the construction of a municipal sewer system in and for said Town of Dedham, Iowa. The extent of the work involved consists of the construction of a collection system, service lines, and sewage treatment lagoon together with related subsidiary and incidental work. The kinds and approximate quantities of materials and types of construction for which bids will be re- one final payment. Monthly estimates will be equivalent to ninety per cenl (DO per cent) of the con- tracl value of tho work completed during the preceding calendar month. Estimates will be prepared on the first day of each month by the Contractor, subject to the approval of the Engineer, who will certify each approved estimate to the Town Council for payment on or before the 15th day of the month in question. Such monthly payments shall in no way be construed as an act of acceptance for any part of the work partially or totally completed.
