Japan Not Misplaced In Democracy's War Medical Association Cancels Meeting LOUISVILLE, Ky, Sept. 4 Wartime conditions have caused the can cellatlon of the annual meeting of the Mississippi Valley IMedlcal tlon, which was to have been held Tn Louisville, Oct. 15 to 17. Dr. Henry Knos Tuley of Louisville, secretary of the association, announced that this decision was arrived at through a mail vole.

The reason for the decision, he said, was thnt a very large proportion of the membership of the association is in military service and those at home felt that they should not further tax an overburdened transportation sys tetn.
