HUNT COLLEEN ISABEL Age 84, died peace fully in Ann Arbor, Michigan in the late hours of Saturday, September 25, 2010. Colleen spent the last days with her family at her side. Colleen was born November 21, 1925 in Kingsford, Michigan to Barney and Rose Egan. She attended nursing school at St. Mary's Hospital in Detroit.

After graduation from nursing school she married the love of her life, J. William Hunt. Later, in 1968 she received her bachelor's degree from Wayne State and in 1978 she received her master's degree from the University of Detroit. The last 22 years of her career she was a nursing supervisor at Oakland County Health Dept. Colleen was a brilliant, caring, and a spirited woman to those lucky to know her and will be greatly missed.

She was also a master gardener and gardening was her passion. She is SuF vived by her husband of 63 years, Bill; her three children, Rose Kelly (Mike), John Hunt Jr. (Robin), and Timothy (Kathleen) Hunt; her grandchildren Rosaleen Austin (Trevor), Liam Kelly, John Hunt III (Erika); and her great grandchildren Gunnar Austin and Cooper Austin. Colleen was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Marcia Kirby. Visitation will be on Friday October 1, 2010 from 10:00 a.m.

until the time of the Mass of Resurrection at 11:00 a.m. at St. Andrews Catholic Church 910 Austin Saline with Rev. Fr. William J.

Age 74, of Ann Arbor, MI, passed away peacefully at his home on September 27, 2010 after fighting bravely against cancer for the past five years. He was born at home in Allen Park, MI, on June 4, 1936, the son of Brent and Veroni ca Phillips who have preceded him in death.

The home of his birth, on the comer of Englewood and Park is now the Allen Park Historical Museum. Darrell loved tennis and played varsity all four years of high school, earning a tennis scholarship to Wayne State University, On September 10, 1971, he married Ann Mary (Nancy) Nanry at St. Edmonds Church in Warren, MI. He was a high school teacher in the Birming ham school system for 20 years, and also was a private tennis instructor and tennis coach. Following retirement, he owned and operated the Fairy Godmother Home Child Care Services, which provided nanny services.

Darrell has been an active member of Alpha Sigma Phi and, since relocating to Ann Arbor five years ago, he's also been a member of Old St. Patrick Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Nancy, his brother-in-law Charles A. (Jacqueline) Nanry, and their daughters Victoria (Joseph) Ribsam and Abigale (Jeffrey) Wilman.
