The board of directors of the Gulf, Mobile and Ohio Railroad Wednesday declared a $1.25 per share dividend on preferred stock and a 50 cents per share dividend on common stock, at the regular quarterly meeting of the directorate here. President F. M. Hicks of Mobile said the preferred stock dividend is for the current quarter and is payable June 13 to stockholders of record May 24, 1955, and the div- Mexico (Mo.) Heads State Antiquers jVJsJfs And Visitors At Laddonia PERRY, M. P. (Dutch) Akers of Perry has been elected president 'of the new Antique Dealers and Collectors Asssociation of Missouri. The organization was formed at a meeting held a week ago in Fulton, Mo. Secretary of the association is Mr.

Kyger, of the DunRovin Antiques company in Galloway county. Akers is one of the enthusiasts conducting the annual Mark Twain" hobby and antique show in Perry each spring. Mr. and Mrs. Akers are authorities on coin glass, and have other fine collections.
