'2. and his name be found in the proper column. Mr. Hill, having resided for forty- five years in Ihis precinct and having served our people so faithfully and efficiently County Commissioner, needs no commendation from us, but' we do not hesitate to say that his' record as a commissioner is fully equal to that of any of the very capable men who have served us in this office in the past, and his many friends believe that with the experience he has gained in dealing with the difficult problems that come, before the Commissioners' court he will render us better service than some new and untried man could render, however capable he might be. We fool sure we voice the sentiment of the people of his Commissioners' tional clerical ability the records become tangled and mixed, causing great trouble and annoyance and sometimes loss to the laxpaying public; but Mr.

Rogers has made great improvements in the systems and records and the books of this olfice were never in better condition than they are now, duo to the untiring labors, patience and clerical ability of Mr. Rogers, hence we believe it. would lie a distinct loss to the public to displace him with some man who would know less about keeping these numerous and complicated public records. We submit his candidacy for the careful consideration of the voters and believe they can do no better than to give Mr. Rogers another term in this important office, which he is filling so capably.
