Club was organized last night at City Hall with members deciding, to' hold sessions' for junior and senior collectors. :, Robert E. Pence, recreation director, said H collectors signed up and six others phoned to say they wanted -to join but could not 'attend the first session. The next session of the club will be held Tuesday, December. 6, in City Hall. The junior unit, for the 10-16 age group, will meet, from 7 <j«io 8:30 p. m. and the senior col- 'Wectors at 8:30 p. m. Members' of the new philatelic club devoted part of their meeting to telling of their specialties. They include: Paul Morin, matched plate blocks: Leonard Schwallr stamps of the United States, Israel and Trieste; Arthur Spano, general; J. E. Kubes, general. Robert Kreloff, Samuel.Johnson and Anderson Martin, U. S. plate blocks; Jeffrey Sasli, general; James Wilkinson. Germany, Italy and U, S.; .Charles Digman, mint sheets and plate blocks; Mrs. Lulu Thompson, U.
