Funeral arrange Robert J. Robert J. "Rob" Frisque, 29, Oshkosh, died Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, after complications of an unexpected injury suffered seven months ago. He was born May 14, 1979, in Green Bay, to Anthony J.

and Joyce (Reich) Frisque. He graduated from Notre Dame High School and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. In 2008, he received his Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Robert had been employed at Pacur in Oshkosh until suffering a softball injury. Robert was dearly loved by his family and he loved them in return.

Survivors include his parents, Tony and Joyce Frisque, Green Bay; his brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Ellen Frisque, Hartford; a sister and Chester Mr. Chester Ciesielczyk, age 85 of Neshkoro, died peacefully Monday evening, January 5, 2009 at Sunnyview Health Care Center in Princeton. Chester is the beloved husband of Catherine "Kit" Ciesielczyk (nee Weidinger). He is a member of St. James Catholic Faith Community in Neshkoro.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated for Chet. next week at St. James Place MeMn Melvin E. Liefke, age 75, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2009, at Markesan Resident Home in Markesan, WI. Melvin was born on May 28, 1933, in Ripon, WI, the son of Elmer and Mildred (Baumann) Liefke.

Melvin graduated from Ripon High School and was a field operator for Green Giant Canning Company.He married Donna Ludjeck-Steineke on May 26, 2006 at Our Saviour's United Church of Christ in Ripon. Melvin was a member of Our Saviour's United Church of Christ, Prairie View Lodge 0095 of Ripon, Beta Temple of Green Bay, and Scottish Rite Bodies in the Valley of Green Bay, Winnebago Shrine Club, and Oshkosh Shriners of North America. Survivors include his wife Donna; children Sherry (Dave) Lukoski of Ripon, WI, Linda (Jim) Uecker of Omro, WI, Gary (Linda) Liefke of Ripon, WI, and Elizabeth Liefke of Ripon, WI; six grandchildren Katie, Ben, Dorothy Julia Sobieski 'Rob' Frisque brother-in-law, Jill and Jeff Witte, Green Bay; a nephew, Patrick Witte; and a nephew and godson. FIEDLER The messages of love and affection kept coming every day until he died, and he appreciated every one of them, even when he no longer had the strength to express his gratitude in words. Although he had hoped to live for far longer than 56 years, Craig Fiedler's life was characterized by purpose, passion and hope words that he identified as the basis for a meaningful life in the speech he gave at the 2008 induction ceremony for La Crosse Central High School's Wall of Fame. He did not merely express these words, he lived them, and he leaves behind many who benefited from his passion, purpose and hope. Craig is survived by his wife: Sharon Fiedler of Neenah; two daughters: Jennifer of Neenah and Lindsay, a senior at UW-La Crosse; his father: Russ Fiedler of La Crosse; a sister: Candace Crandall of Chanhassen, MN.

He was born in Dekalb, IL, on Dec. 17, 1962 to the late Walter and Virginia Eiler. Tyrone joined the US Air Force in 1980 and was a Security Specialist until separating in 1985. He served in the US Government for 14 years as a civilian employee He married Denielle Alger on December 5, 1986 in Oshkosh. Tyrone has lived in Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota for the past three months where he was employed with the 319th Services Squadron.

Prior to this, he lived in Europe for Henry A. Henry August Pomplun, died unexpectedly on Sunday, January 4, 2009. He was born on the family farm in Richford on February 28, 1926. He married Luella R. Glaske in Idaho on August 25, 1951.

She preceded him in death on November 30, 2008. He is survived by his daughters Lynn Pomplun of Madison and Melodi (John) Heil of Wood Dale, IL. and daughter-in-law Maureen Pomplun of Or-land Park IL He was the proud grandfather of: Amy (fiance Sean) Pomplun, Brandy (Mark) Daly, Carrie Pomplun (friend Airen), Dustin Heil (friend Kathy), Ryan Heil, Nick Heil; and greatgrandchildren, Chase Pomplun, Cameron Heil, Devin Pomplun, and Paige Daly. He will be missed by his remaining siblings and in-laws: Marlin Pomplun, Loretta (Harold) Fritz, Eldon (Patsy) Pomplun, Carl Pomplun, Wilma Pomplun, Rose Pomplun, Robert Ellis, Eunice Pomplun, and Carolyn Pomplun. He will also be missed by the numerous nieces and nephews, and the many other relatives and friends.

In addition to his wife, Emmett Mr. Emmett T. Gresk, age 78, of rural Redgranite, formerly of Cudahy, died Sunday morning, January 4, 2009 at the Berlin Memorial Hospital. He was born November 13, 1930 in Cudahy (near Milwaukee), the son of Casimir and Helen Visovatti Gresk. He married Dolores Standinger September 11, 1954 at St.

Frederick's Catholic Church in Cudahy. Dolores survives. Emmett was a 1948 Graduate of St. Stanislaus High School, Milwaukee. He served his country in the U.S.

Army for 5 years from 1948 to 1952. Following his time in the Service, Emmett worked as an Equipment Operator for the City of Cudahy for 15 years. He was then employed as a Power House Operator for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission for 26 years until his retirement in 1991. He had lived in Cudahy for 62 years until moving to his home in the Town of Warren in 1996. Emmett was an active member of St.

Mark's Catholic Faith Community in Redgranite. He loved bowling, hunting, and gardening. Survivors include his beloved wife of 54 years, Dolores; 3 daughters, Sandra (David) Anderson of Wild Rose, Shari Gresk of Milwaukee, and Suzanne (Gordon) Hahn of Cudahy; a foster daughter, Christine Paul of South Milwaukee; 3 grandchildren, Mary Anderson of 9 years and in Japan for 3 years. He is survived by his wife Denielle; five children: Heidi, Grand Forks AFB, ND, Crystal, Tyrone, Erica and Nicholas all of Oshkosh, WI; five grandchildren; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Philip and June Alger, of Cran-don, WI and other relatives. The Funeral Mass will be held on Sat.

Jan. 10, 2009 at 11 a.m. at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, HWY 32, Wabeno, WI. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery in the Spring.

Ruminski Funeral Home Highway 21, Redgranite (920)566-2313 Serving the Family Dorothy Julia Sobieski, age 93, of Berlin, passed away peacefully surrounded by her eight children and other family and friends on Sunday morning, January 4, 2009, at Juliette Manor Nursing Home of Berlin.

She was born on November 18, 1915 in Montello, Wisconsin, the daughter of Daniel and Anna (Boeck) Sheahan. Dorothy graduated from Redgranite High School in 1933 and married Tom Sobieski on February 9, 1935, at Saint Mark's Catholic Church of Redgranite. Together they raised their large family on a dairy farm in the Town of Warren. Tom died on March 14, 1970. For twenty-one years Dorothy provided loving patient care at Berlin Memorial Hospital.

Dorothy was a devoted member of All Saints Catholic Parish of Berlin where she attended daily Mass for many years. For thirty years she made an annual retreat to the Jesuit Retreat House. She prayed the Rosary faithfully and was a member of Catholic Daughters and Ladies Sodality. For many years she assisted at church events. Dorothy's time with family, friends, grandchildren and great-grandchildren was very special to her.

Other favorites were playing cards, sporting events, traveling, reading, cooking, baking, music and shopping. Dorothy was committed to her faith, and her generous giving Irish heart blessed the lives of young and old alike. She is survived by four daughters, Marilyn (Bob) Aggson, Carol (Robert) Bantom, both of Colorado, Susan (Bob) Tracy of Berlin and Jean Sobieski of Colorado, four sons, Steve (Diane) of Huber-tus, Richard (Donna) and Tom (Theresa) both of Berlin, and John (Cheryl) of Redgranite. Grandchildren, Julie (Joe) Malucha, Stacie, Steve (Kelly), Heather (Dave) Juhnke, Christina, Pam, Julia (Greg) Nelson, Diane (Steve) Klika, Mary Beth (Scott) Yonke, Amy (Tyler Thoma), Richard (Krista), Sara (Kevin) Block, Vicki (Dave) Landers, Jacki, Joseph (Alicia Abraham-son), Stephanie (Ryan) Schulz, Kristen, Tom Chester Ciesielczyk, age 85, of Neshkoro, died Jan. 5.

"Rob" Frisque, age 29, of Oshkosh, died Jan. 5. Blaney Fu Craig R. Fiedler, age 56, of Neenah, passed away peacefully from cancer while surrounded by family and friends at his home near Tucson. He was born on April 28, 1952, in La Crosse, the son of Russ Fiedler and Betty (Barr) Fiedler.

Craig graduated from La Crosse Central High School (1970) and attended UW-La Crosse, earning a B.A. in Economics in 1974. He went to law school at Drake University in Des Moines, but transferred to UW-Madi-son and graduated in 1977. After working for legal services in Appalachia for two years, Craig returned to La Crosse and became involved in advocacy work for people with developmental disabilities. After earning an M.A.

in Special Education from UW-La Crosse, he accepted a research assis-tantship at the University of Kansas and graduated with his Ph.D. in Special Education in 1985. Another major milestone that year was being united in marriage with Sharon Rogers. Craig's first college position was at the University of New Hampshire where the Fiedlers also celebrated the birth of their daughter, Lindsay Anne. After two years, Craig accepted an offer to teach Special Education course at the University of Wis-consin-Oshkosh where he would remain for the next 21 years.

Throughout his career Craig published numerous articles, book chapters and four books. He had a contract to publish another book when the diagnosis of cancer interrupted his plans, and he reluctantly retired from the university in May, 2008.
