Said Board may hold a hearing on said appeal and in any case shall render Its decision on salt! appeal within sixty (60) days after the filing thereof. No permit, as provided herein, shall be Issued unless the plans filed therewith as required In this section shall first have b»eu approved by the County Planning Commission or by the Board of Supervisors. Upon such approval the County Surveyor shall Issue such permit, provided all other provision* of law have been complied with. Every drawing or sketch filed under the provisions of this section shall become a part of the permanent records of tho County Planning Commission. Any building, structure or thing set up, erected, constructed, converted, altered, added to, enlarged, cause to exist, repaired, relocated or moved contrary to the provisions of this ordinance and/or any use of any land, building or premises contrary to tho provisions of this ordinance shall be and the same Is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and the District-Attorney of said County of Kern shall, upon order of the Board of Supervisors, Immediately commence action or proceedings for the abatement and removal or enjolnnioiH thereof in the manner provided by law and shailHuku such other steps and shall apply to such court or courts as may have jurisdiction to grunt such relief aa will abate and remove such building or structure and restrain and enjoin any person, firm or corporation from erecting, constructing, converting, altering, adding to, enlarging, causing to exist, repairing, relocating or moving any building, structure or thing contrary to the provisions of this ordinance or from using or maintaining any land, building or premises contrary to thu provisions of this ordinance. The remedies provided for heVeln shall be cumulative and not exclusive.
