Edna A. Bruck, 75, 5990 Theodore died Friday at 12:35 p. m. at Hillandale Nursing Home, 4195 Hamilton-Mason Road. Born in Hamilton on August 15, 1897, her father was Christian Schmidt and her mother was Kathryn Riesling, both deceased.

On August 6,1921 she was married to George W. Bruck in Hamilton. Mrs. Bruck leaves her husband; two sons, Edward Bruck, Hamilton and Robert Bruck, Middletown; one brother, Elmer Smith, Muskegan, two grandsons, Michael Bruck, Middletown and William Bruck, Hamilton. She was a member of the St.

Paul's United Church of Christ, and the Ladies Aid Mission Society and the Women's Guild, both of the church. Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p. m. at the Klaus-Weigel Funeral Home, N. St.

and Elvin Ave. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery. No visitation has been planned. Contributions can be sent to the St. Paul Memorial Fund.

Gene Weathers Gene Charles Weathers, 52, 1149 St. Hamilton, died at Mercy Hospital at 10:30 p. m. Friday. He was born in Ludlow, a son of Henry and Alice Stanhope Weathers and received his education in the Cincinnati public schools.

He married Margaret E. Sloneker on May 3, 1947 in Cincinnati. Mr. Weathers had been a Hamilton resident for the past 25 years. He was employed at the McGraw Construction Company in Middletown for the last 16 years.

He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (Campbell Gard, 1069). Mr. Weathers leaves his wife; his mother, Mrs. Alice Gaines, South Fort Mitchell, three daughters, Mrs. James Diane) Wilson, Seven Mile, Mrs.

Stephen (Cathy) Wladysh and Sherri Lynn Weathers, both of Hamilton; two sons. Gene P. and Gregory Weathers, both of Hamilton; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be at the convience of the family at the Webb Funeral Home, 240 Ross Ave. No visitation is scheduled.

Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Salvation Army. Poet, actor from Mexico Miami guest OXFORD Dr. Rodolfo Usigli, eminent Mexican playwright, essayist, poet, journalist, actor, director and diplomat, will visit Miami University's Oxford Campus May 8 to be honored at a reception and present two lectures, one in Spanish, the other in English. The reception will beat 3:30 p.m.

in the Green Room of the Center For Performing Arts (CPA) to be followed by his Spanish lecture "Charla Sobre El Teatro" at 4 p.m., and an 8:15 p.m. talk on "Ideas on World Theater" in English, both to be delivered in the W. Paul Zimmerman Experimental Theater in the CPA. Dr. Usigli, who during this spring quarter is Visiting Professor of Spanish at the University of Cincinnati, is being brought to Miami by the Department of Spanish and Portuguese and the Department of Communications and Theater.

The event is being coordinated by Dr. Elizabeth S. Rogers, assistant professor of Spanish and Portuguese, and Dr. Donald L. Rosenberg, associate professor of communication and theater and director of the Miami University Theater.

Both lectures are open to the public. The reception being handled on an invitation basis. Mrs. Virginia ueem DuBois, 64, 937 Lawn died at Fort Hamilton- Hughes Hospital at 12:30 a. m.

Saturday. She was the wife of Louis G. (Bud) DuBois, a retired teacher and basketball coach in the Hamilton school system. She was born in Boomer, West Virginia on August 10, 1908, the daughter of William Deem and Emma McClellan, both deceased. Mrs.

DuBois leaves her husband; one son, Louis G. DuBois Dorat, one sister, Mrs. Violet Campbell, Maiden, W. Va. She and her husband were co-owners and operators of the Silver Tee Driving Range in Fairfield.

No visitation has been planned. Contributions can be made to the Cancer Society. Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a. m. at the Rose Hill Cemetery Chapel.

Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Prewitt Abraham L. Prewitt, 66, 9514 Seward Road, Fairfield, was dead on arrival at Mercy Hospital at 5:30 p. m.

Friday. He was born in Knox County, a son of James and Cordelia Trosper Prewitt received his education in the Knox County and Berea schools of Kentucky. He married Mima Helton on July 7, 1928 in Williamsburg, Ky. Mr. Prewitt had been a resident of the Hamilton- Fairfield area for 21 years.

He was employed at Fisher Body and retired in 1962 due to ill health. He was a charter member of the Cherry Valley United Baptist Church. Mr. Prewitt leaves his wife; one brother, Hobert Prewitt, Greenville, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Virgie Carter, Greenville, Texas, Mrs.

Susie Barton, Wilton, Ky. and Mrs. Jettye Reeves, Louisville. Visitation will be at the Webb Funeral Home, 240 Ross Ave. from 4 to 6 p.

m. Sunday. Funeral services will be at 6 p. m. Sunday.

Services will also be held at the Hart Funeral Home, Corbin, Ky. at 10 a. m. Tuesday, where friends may call after 5 p. m.

Monday. Burial will be at the Helton Cemetery, Woodbine, Ky. Water post to former city aide Edwin F. Schlensker, 890 Sanders Drive, has been elected a trustee of the Ohio Section of the American Water Works Association, and appointed chairman of the Building Fund, Ohio Section, AWWA. Former chief operator of the Hamilton waste water system under superintendent Harold Augenstein, Schlensker now is superintendent of the Indian Hill water system.

He was employed by the City of Hamilton from 1956 to 1964 when he assumed the position of superintendent of waste water in Euclid, Ohio. He served in Euclid until September, 1966, when he accepted his present post in Indian Hill. Following graduation from high school in Cincinnati. Schlensker studied at the University of Cincinnati and at the Ohio Mechanics Institute. He and his wife, Rosemary, are the parents of one daughter and two sons.

The daughter, Sandra, is an art teacher in New Richmond, Ohio; one son, Thomas, is an insurance adjuster in Cleveland, and the other son, William, is a student at Badin High School.
