Parnell and Suit asks $400,000 in attack An incident last April in the Linden Bowling Lanes, Pleasant and Williams has resulted in a suit seeking $400,000 in damages. Raymond and Corrine Bokeno, 2011 Madison filed the suit in Butler County Common Pleas Court against Doyle Branton, 797 Forest Ave. They claim that Raymond Bokeno sustained permanent head injuries when struck by the defendant at the bowling alley. Bokeno seeks $107,088 in compensatory damages and $250,000 for punitive damages and costs. Mrs.

Warren Beahn J. Warren Beahn, 80, 50 Brootcwood Drive, died at p.m. Tuesday in Fort Hamilton-Hughes Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia, a son of Joseph A. and Margaret Brown Beahn and received his education in the public schools of Philadelphia.

Mr. Beahn was a member of Westwood Presbyterian Church, the Hamilton Rotary Club, Syrian Shrine of Cincinnati, the Scottish Rite Valley of Cincinnati, the Hamilton'Shrine Club, of which he was past president and was a 50 year member of Covenant Lodge, and AM, Palmyra, N.J. In 1.955 he retired as president and partner of Wright- and Bernet brush manufacturers. He I nwArv had resided in Hamilton I Since 1932. In 1915 he married Mabel Rice.

Phares, 73, 973 Bauer Road, Somerville, died at 12:25 a.m. Wednesday in McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital, Oxford. He was born in Wayne Township, a son of Joseph and Eva Pugh Phares. Mr. Phares was a retired farmer.

In 1922 he married Amanda McCormick. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Amanda McCormick Services for Sylvester C. Ruhl, 68, 532 Fairview who died Monday in Mercy Hospital, will be at 9:30 a. m.

Friday at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S. Third St. A blessing will be given in St. Ann Church at 10 a. Burial will be in Greenwood Burial will be in St.

Mr. Ruhl was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and the St. George Benevolent Society. He was a partner with a brother, in the William Ruhl and SORE Tinning and Roofing Co.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Viola Feig Ruhl; one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Patricia) Hingsbergen, Fairfield; one brother, Henry Ruhl, Hamilton; and two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Payne, Hamilton and Mrs. Neil (Loretta) Hershner, Tampa, Fla.

(Chink) Lowery, 57, 4819 Carver-Elliott Road, Oxford, who died Tuesday night in a Butler County automobile accident, will be at the convenience of the family at the Marshall- Smith Funeral Home, Oxford. He was born in Carrol County, a son of John and Mary Gard Lowery and was a 1933 graduate of Reily High School. Mr. Lowery was a maintenance worker for Armco Steel. In 1950 he married Ruth Brindle. Surviving are his widow, Mrs.

Ruth Brindle Lowery; five daughters, Miss Kathy Lowery, Cincinnati, Mrs. Luther (Jeanne) Turner, Oxford, and Miss Mary Lou Lowery. Miss Sue Lowerv and Miss Donna Lowery, all of the home; one son, Jack Lowery, of the home; his mother, Mrs. Mary Lowery, Oxford; two brothers, William Lowery and Robert Lowery, both of Hamilton and two half brothers, George Stephenson and Ralph Stephenson, both of Oxford.
