Motion for new trial denied and the case will go to the Supreme Court. Emma L. Colby vs. Emma Port man, replevin. Motion for new trial denied.

Wm. W. Divine was granted a di-vorce from Liilie M. Divine on charge of cruelty, -Wednesday. The father was given the care of Lutie and Clyde Divine, minor children.

Gottfried Frank of Stevensville, a native of Russia, was admitted to full citizenship on Thursday. Perry Wlmer vs. Charles M. Godfrey. As conditions for setting aside judgment of non-suit have not been complied with the original judgment in favor of defendant is to stand in full force and effect.

Wm. A. Babcock vs. Alvin J3. Hill, to set aside deed.

Claus H. Shulz. administrator, filed his report showing the sale of the real estate at private sale to Louise Schroeder and Fremont Schroeder, and the sale was confirmed by the Court. The hearing for the appointment ot special commissioners to determine the necessity fox the Hickory Creek drain and to award damages was adjourned to Friday. June 25, the attorneys being, engaged in the Circuit Court.
