and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon. Harvey B. Clark Harvey B. Clark, former Yorker and a retired Army staff sergeant, died Saturday at his home in Shreveport, of a heart attack.

He was 57. A son of the late Mrs. Mary Day, Clark was born near Windsor. He entered the U. S.

Army in 1917 and served in the Muese-Argonne and St. Mihiel campaigns. During World War he served as a mechanic with the Army Air Force in Australia. He retired jn 1946. Besides his wife, the former Ruby Shepherd, of Arkansas, he is survived by two children, Harvey, and Frank, both at home; six step-children, two sisters, Mrs.
