"7 Monday morning, August 24, 2009. He was born in Hammond, IN, December 18. 1940, son of Sid Pearl is survived by her sisters: Barbara (Lee) Vac-carella of Mukwonago, WI, and Beverly (Rudy) Aksland of Highland Park, 1L; dearest and closest friend, Betty Glover of Hilbert; four nephews; seven great-nephews; and many other friends.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Jeanette Spear. Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday. August 28, 2009, at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Little Chute with the Rev.

Ronald Szep officiating. Burial will be in the Portland Cemetery. Friends may call at church (705 L. Greenfield Drive) in Little Chute from noon to the time of service on Friday, August 28, 2009. A memorial fund has been established in the name of Pearl Spear.

Wieting Family Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Online Condolences: www.wietingfuneralhome. com Spear, Pearl M. Pearl M. Spear, age 82, of Hilbert, died on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at the Chilton Care Center in Chilton.

She was born on August 15, 1927, daughter of the late Leroy and Marie (Blaha) Spear. Pearl resided in the Milwaukee are until moving to California, where she was the owner and operator of PMS Printing Company and a gift shop in Whittier, CA. She was a commercial artist and printer most of her life until 1983 when she moved to the Kaukau-na area and finally in 1995 moving to Hilbert. She was a former member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, where she was confirmed and later a member of St.

Luke's Lutheran Church in Little Chute. She played the violin in Whittier Symphony and part of the La Morada light opera in Whittier, CA. nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Dane. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Rory on Thursday, August 27, 2009, at 11 a.m.

at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 830 S. Westhaven Drive in Oshkosh. The Reverend Fr. Doug LeCaptain will celebrate.

A time of visitation and support will be held for the Neilsen family on Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Fiss Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home, 865 S. Westhaven Drive. A prayer service will be held at 8 p.m.

Visitation will continue on Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass. Arrangements were entrusted to the: Fiss Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home 865 S. Adventure followed Rory wherever he went, from making emergency landings in his airplanes to spending 24 hours lost on Lake Winnebago with a broken jet-ski.

Everyone has their own unique story about Rory. As his longtime friend Martin said, "He was the most amazing man I ever knew." Rory owned and operated an independent heating and air conditioning service. His memory will be cherished by his wife, Kristin; two daughters: Caroline Neilsen, Washington, D.C.; Colleen Neilsen, Madison; his mother, Marilyn Neilsen, Portage; four brothers: Colin (Sarah) Neilsen, Oshkosh; Carey (Jan) Neilsen, Terence Neilsen and Kirk Neilsen, all of Portage. He is further survived by numerous entire hospice staff of Aurora Visiting Nurses, especially Chaplain Amy, Bev. Denise, Lise, and Annie Libb, Mel's nurse in Chicago and also to Rich Matuszak for all your visits.

Family wishes expressions of sympathy be made to the Seymour Explorers Firefighters or the Oneida Junior Firefighters. Neilsen, Rory Michael Rory Michael Neilsen, age 60, of Oshkosh, died on Sunday, August 23, 2009, at his home in the Town of Black Wolf after a long illness. He was born on March 14, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois, a son of Conrad Allen and Marilyn (Sexton) Neilsen. He married Kristin Anderson on November 24, 1984, in Addison, Illinois. Rory was a loving, generous and witty husband, father, brother and friend.

Possessing the ney and Johanna (Oost-man) Vander Wcrff. Mike grew up in Lansing, IL, and graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He belonged to the church family of Covenant Christian Reformed Church, Appleton. and was a member of the American Institute of Architects, and former member of the Appleton Rotary Club.
