The sessions are geared toward people interested in getting into the sport of triathlons. They will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Oshkosh YMCA, Wednesday at the Appleton YMCA and Feb. 21 at the Green Bay East YMCA. The triathlon club has seen remarkable growth since being founded in 2002.

The club started with 12 members and has since grown to a membership of 725, making it one of the most active triathlon clubs in the country. The Tri 101 classes are part of the club's outreach to draw new members to the club and the sport.
