SEC. 13. In case any city rr incorporated village or township issuing bonds as heretofore provided in this act shall faill to pay the bonds or the interest coupons, or to deposit with the treasurer of the C'ninty in which such township or incotporated village or city is situated, a sufficient sum ot money to pay the bonds or the coupons which it nitty have issued as aforesaid, which may be then due as by the terras of said bonds or coupons, the county treasurer of such county shall certify the same to the clerk of the board of commissioners of said county, stating the amount so due and unpaid by such township or city or incorporated 'village, whereupon the board of commissioners of said county shall cause the same to be nssessecd, levied nnd collected from such i or city or incorporated i a i other coiuity or incorporated village or city in i manner adding to the a thereof interest nt the rate spceitied in ssiid bond for one WASHINGTON, ITEMS, An effort is being made to organize temperance society in this place.
