A suit for $10,675 damages, growing out of the accident to St. Ansgar people in which three children and an adult lost their lives, was filed in the county clerk's office Monday. It was listed: Helen Rogers Gol-berg, executrix of the estate of C. P. Golberg, plaintiff, vs.

Frank Adams, administrator of the estate of Robert Adams, deceased, and Frank Adams, as an individual, defendants. The suit was filed by W. G. Henke, Charles City, representing Mrs. Golberg.

Four Die in Accident. Those who were killed in the accident out of which the suit grew were: Plaintiffs husband, C. P. Golberg; Charles Rust, and Robert Adams, Charles Libersky died later at a Rochester hospital as result of injuries he received at that time. The petition claims "that Robert Adams, driving the 1931 model Chevrolet coach of his father, Frank Adams, was careless, negligent, reckless and unlawful in the manner of his driving and that Adams drove his car upon his left lane of said highway, which is an 18 foot standard paved arterial highway (on 218, two and a quarter miles north of St.
