Klunder, 50, collapsed and died of a heart attack Friday night while watching a football game between Allison-Bristow and Greene.

Mr. Klunder had been county recorder since Jan. 2, 1964. Before being elected to the county office he was employed at the Allison Tribune. Services will be at 1:30 p.m.

Monday at St. John Lutheran Church northwest of Allison, burial in Allison Cemetery. Survivors are his wife. Esther; a son, Steven of Allison; a daughter. Denise of Glidden; his father and step-mother, Mr.
