BUlie was a member of the Bea Hur Shrine Temple, where he was a 32nd degree Mason. A member of numerous civic organizations, BUlie was a lifelong Rotary member and a charter member of the Burnet Rotary Club, with perfect attendance. BUlie was an elder and musician In the Burnet Presbyterian Church. A former Burnet Muni-ciple Judge and leader la the Burnet County Republican Party, Billle was a congressional candidate In 1964. BUlie was a lifelong fan and supporter of Texas AIM University, where he established an endowed scholarship in memory of his son, BUlie Joe Pratt Jr, who died In an accident whUe a student at AIM.

Billle requested that any remembrances be made to the endowed scholarship fund at Texas In care of First State Bank In Burnet Survivors of Mr. Pratt are one son, Bryan James Pratt of Cedar Park; one daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Pete Binion of College Station; father. James G. Pratt of Burnet; one brother and sister-in-law. Dr.

James D. and Dorothy Pratt of Oxford, Mississippi; one grandson. Wade Rand Binion; two granddaughters, Pauline Beverly and Mollie Pratt Binion of College Station. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Joan Pratt; one son, Billie Joe Pratt and his mother, Gladys Pratt Billie is also survived by a very special friend, Fran Conrad of Austin; and a host of other relatives. Horace Emerson Cromer, Jr, of Austin, died Thursday. Dr. Cromer was born June 28, 1917. He grew up In Virginia and attended medical school at the Medical College of Virginia, and graduated in 1942. His internship was at the University of Virginia and his residency at the Mayo Clinic.

She grew up in the Richland community where she was a member of St John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, later she was a charter member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Austin. Edith is survived by her husband, Arthur Hebbe; sister-in-law, Marjorie Freudenberg, Janelle Hebbe, Cynthia, David, Noel and Holly Wagner, and many friends and relatives. She was preceded In death by her parents; one brother; and two sisters. Ermant (E.M.) Franklin Sr. Reverend Ermant (E.M.) Franklin Sr. was born December 7, 1910, In Travis County, Texas. Reverend Franklin was united In holy matrimony to Alia Sneed and to this union seven children were born. Alia passed away June 19, 1981.

He later married Mrs. Annie Raye Gilmette on November 18, 1983. Reverend Franklin answered the call of God to preach the gospel In 1939. Reverend Franklin studied under the late Reverend I.N. White and Dr.

P.O. Oldham. He received his Bachelor of Theology degree from the Institutional Baptist Theological Center, Houston, Texas. He was pastor of the St. James Baptist Church for 39 years.

He entered into eternal rest at 10:30 PM on December 20, 1992, at a local hospital.
