For "benefit of the uninitiated, we may explain; that the "fly-poster rents no hoardings from which he can exclude rivals, but wanders about at his own sweet will, sticking his bills anywhere and everywhere without asking permission. Opposite this office is a pair of gates which have received the attentions of, these gentry for some time past; and this was the scene, of Jhe incident. About the middle bf Hhe afternoon bill-sticker No. 1 came along, posted two or three auction bills, and went his way. A few minutes afterwards-'DiU-fificker No.
