Waterloo Courier Aug. 2, 1982 Announcement is being made of the July 17 wedding of Lisa Buck, 630 Baltimore St. and John Heins, Fort Polk. Vows were exchanged at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 2 p.m. with the Rev.

John McClain officiating. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lange, 630 Baltimore Mr. and Mrs.

Larry Buck, Fargo, N.D., and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Heins, 216 E. Lake Cedar Falls. Attending the bride as matron of honor was her aunt, Debby Conley.

Bridesmaids were the groom's sister, Sue Cobine, Urbandale; and the bride's sisters, Tina Buck and Debbie Lange. Flower girl was the bride's cousin, Melissa Conley. They reside at 1122 W. Dunbar Drive, Tempe, Ariz. To mark date GREENE-Mrs. Martha Stanton, 204 S. Main will celebrate her 80th birthday Aug.

9 with an open house at her home from 2 to 6 p.m. Mrs. Stanton was born Aug. 9, 1902 in Butler County. She has seven children: Charles, Thomas, Harry, Roger, James, Bernita and Mrs.

Loren (Harriet) Clabough. There are 20 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. No invitations are being sent. A story in Sunday's edition gave the incorrect date of the celebration. The Courier regrets the error.

Stoneman descendants gather Twenty-five members of the Stoneman family gathered for a picnic-reunion Sunday at Hope Martin Park. In charge of arrangements were Ronnie and Robin Stoneman. Relatives were present from Waterloo, Independence and Colorado. Next year's event will take place in Independence. Maurice Stoneman is in charge of park arrangements and Erva Cahill will be secretarytreasurer.

Mixdorf clan gathers for 28th annual reunion The descendants of Frank and Bertha Mixdorf gathered for their 28th annual reunion Sunday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Bennington Township. Eighty-five family members were present. The Tina Marsh family hosted the event Special guests were William Mixdorf, 80, and Ann Baker, 83. Oldest person present was Mrs.

Baker and youngest was Conrad John Marsh, months, son of Craig and Christine Marsh. Hosts for next year's reunion will be the Louise Schauer family. Mr. and Mrs. Bowman at buffet luncheon Hosts for the event were the honoree's wife, Kathy, Mr.

and Mrs. Lynn Bartling and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Lovegren. The Kim Bartling family will be moving to Davenport where he will be employed by McGladery, Hendrickson and Company, Certified Public Accountants.
