Young, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph L. Young of Bowman rd. Miss Jones is a graduate of Washington high school with the class of '47, attended Flora Stone Mather college and is a senior at Frances Payne Bolton school of nursing, Western Reserve university, Cleveland.

She is member of Gamma Delta Tau sorority. Mr. Young graduated from Washington high school with the class of '47. He received his bachelor-of-arts degree from Duke university, Durham, N. C.

and will enter Duke university medical school this fall. He is a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Margaret Romary Wears Mother's Bridal Veil -Photo by Weslin Studio MISS BETTYLU JONES Nuptial mass was celebrated in St. Peter's Catholic church in Canton this morning at 10 o'clock (est) for the wedding of Miss Margaret Romary, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

E. L. Romary of 1619 27th st NW, Canton and William Matthews, son of Mr. and Mrs. J.

F. Matthews of 730 7th st SW. The Rev. Matthew Herttna, assistant pastor of the church, celebrated the mass and officiated at the double ring ceremony before a large assemblage of friends and relatives of the young couple. Gladioli in various beautiful shades adorned the altar.

As the bride entered the church on the arm of her father the beautiful strains of "Because" by d'Hardelot, resounded from the organ loft, sung by Miss Lucille Myers, soloist, a friend of the family, accompanied by Harold Wise, church organist, who also played for the, mass, Miss Myers' other selections included "Ave Maria" and "On This Day, O' Beautiful Mother," as the bride placed a replica of her wedding bouquet on the altar of the Blessed Virgin Mary following the mass. Miss Myers also sang during the mass. A formal length Princess style gown of white silk faille was chosen by the bride for her wedding. The gown featured a rounding neckline with Bertha collar and a yoke nylon marquisette, a fitted bodice, closed in the back with tiny self-covered buttons, long sleeves tapering to points over the wrists and a very full skirt. She complemented her gown with the beautiful veil of illusion worn by her mother for her marriage 24 years ago.

The fingertip veil was held in place by a crown set with small pearls and a pearl-adorned cross which extended from the front to the back of the headpiece and rested over the crown -of the head. She carried a colonial bouquet of white roses and wore a small gold chain and heart, set with tiny pearls, a gift of the groom. Miss Gertrude Haffner, a close friend, as the bride's only attendant, was gowned in a light green taffeta strapless gown with which she wore a bolero and mitts of the same material.
