For a long time bad blood" has existed between Henry Sellers, son of Jacob Sellers, and Friend Swartx, both ot Andrews. -Jt did not terminate In trouble, however, until yesterday.

In the forenoon Sellers was seen around Swart'z house with a revolver, but went away again. About noon ne re turned and 8 warts was-Informed of it by his wife who said she saw Sellers on the outside of the fence. When Hwartx went to the door his wife handed him a shot gun and Sellers, upon Being it, started to run, but Swartz fired Just the same; The gun was loaded with small shot, several of which struck Sellers in the. face but inflicting no serious wounds. -f Swartz was arrested and taken before Esquire Lambert who bound him over for his appearance at court.

When he was on Jefferson street, in front oi thai city school he lost his balance and fell down the side of the wagon. When he struck the ground he rolled under the wagon wheels which passed over his body from the left shoulder to near the right hip.
