Hastrich has announced. The challenge offered by this mission diocese has attracted more than 60 young men, he said.

Gallup seminarians are now stationed in Ireland, England. Scotland, Belguim. Rome, Mexico, and areas in the United Slates. The Cristo College Seminary has an enrollment of seven for the fall and the high school revision is looking at an enrollment of eight. Bishop Hastrich attributes the interest in the Diocese of Gallup to the desire on the part Self Service New Machines Convenient ECONO-COIM LAUNDRY FOODWAY SQUARE of young men for a challenge.

"The kind of man attracted to Gallup is he who not seeking to "do his own thing," or desires personal fulfillment, but wants to serve God and his fellow men in a stable chruch that is certain of its objectives," the Bishop said. "Seminarians are told clearly that their work will largely be one of pre-evangelization, with a harvest to be reaped centuries later," claimed Bishop Hastrich. "These are not young men who come with any elusion. They understand a mission vocation means hard work, sacrifice, and separation from many of the comforts and cultural opportunities they enjoyed in their homes." "The young man of today." says Bishop Hastrich, "is seeking a disciplined, directed life. He realizes he is not able to pick and choose the means to form himself as a priest.

He is looking for direction, leadership and guidance. He wants the men over him to be sure of where they are going. HAVE ABARRELOF FUN The next time you get fed up wilh cooking, don't bother with il.
